    Meal Plan Week 1

    And a Disclamer:

    1)      We don’t have a microwave… So reheating leftovers can be interesting.
    2)      Josiah inherently hates leftovers. Therefore he tries to pick meals with ingredients that have a common theme so that he can use them in another recipe.
    a.       For example he can disguise the left over Salmon and Bacon from Sunday as a BLTS lettuce wrap for lunch Monday just by dicing some tomatoes and throwing it all in a lettuce leaf. Or the Braised peas and Carrots from Friday tossed together in a wok with chicken and fresh broccolini to make the stir-fry.
    3)      Where he put leftovers, He’ll most likely update that with a new meal/recipe that uses a previous night’s ingredients but with a fresh spin on it. Like the example in item 1.
So if you like leftovers, then you can probably stretch a lot of meals further and not have to cook so much =)
